Delicious fresh produce including fresh meat, poultry, fish and game; eggs; cow, sheep and ewe cheeses; raw milk and natural yoghurts; seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs; a wide variety of breads, and sweet and savoury bakes and pies; honey, jam and pickles; take-away food to eat there, and take-home meals to eat later; local fruit juices, wines, cider and ale; cut flowers and unusual plants for the garden; and local quality craft and hand-made soaps.

Much of the produce is organic, and all of it is local.
